This course is designed specifically for those who intend to use spraying equipment with more than one nozzle to meet the licencing requirements set by the Department of Health in Western Australia.

This includes mechanical equipment such as boom spraying, quad-bike mounted equipment, broad acre spraying equipment, air blast equipment and drones.

The course has been structured to eliminate repetitious elements across the units of competency, reduce face to face delivery time and learner assessment tasks and is therefore presented as one complete course for the mechanical equipment, crops and pastures, forestry, pest & weed control, non-cropping situations and turf management industries.

If you have already attained some units listed, you may apply for mutual recognition of these units; however, it will not alter the course delivery or assessments.

Included is a comprehensive Course Manual, Training Materials, Theory and Practical Demonstrations and Assessments in class and in your workplace.

On successful completion of these units you will receive a statement of attainment to support an application for a Pest Management Licence for Weed Management of Crops and Pastures.
