Pest Education Services & Training (PEST) is the only privately owned Registered Training Organisation (RTO 2514) located in Western Australia offering nationally recognised training and assessment to the pest management industry. Our mission is to create unique highly professional training solutions for the pest management and related industries to meet the needs and goals of all our clients. Our three step process to a successful training partnership includes, YOU, the learner, your Training Provider and a suitable workplace to complete the practical component of the course.
Flexibility and satisfying individual needs are fundamental to our training services. All training is competency based. Trainers hold a Certificate IV in Workplace Assessment and Training as well as additional relevant qualifications. Trainers are passionate about their work and have the expertise to make complex knowledge and skills easy for students to learn, practical in application and relevant to students' particular workplaces.
Flexible delivery options are available and include; On-site training, Off-site training, Remote learning and Workplace assessments
Our Training process involves; Client/Employer consultation, Course orientation, Recognition of Prior Learning, Training delivery, Competency based assessment, Course evaluation, Completion and certification, Reporting to client/employer
